Places to go...Fredricksburg

One of our favorite things to do as empty nesters is take day trips and try something new or different. On a beautiful Sunday back in October we woke up and decided we needed to head to Fredericksburg. It's a cute town that offers a variety of vineyards to visit, unique shops and of course German food. North San Gabriel River, Georgetown, Texas Hello! Way back when I set up this little blog and then got busy with life. Don't we all? The other day as I was researching for an upcoming trip I realized I had some tips that I wanted to share and document so that I wouldn't forget for future trips and remembered I had started this blog. So here I am back but not the same. Life is a lot different than it was 6 years ago. My oldest will be graduating from Texas A&M soon and my youngest, also at Texas A&M,  is a Sophomore . I'll be posting details of our latest trips and recipe tweaks and anything else I think I need to document so that I don't forget :).  Please come back and visit. xoxo, Sandra
